JAN BOEG HANSEN APPOINTED AS CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF UNIBIO

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Jan Boeg Hansen as new board chairman

Jan Boeg Hansen has been the CEO of DC Ingredients at Danish Crown Amba since 1 January 2014. Danish Crown is the largest pork exporter and Europe´s largest pork processor with a group turnover of approx. USD 9 billion and approx. 26,000 employees. From 2011-2013 Jan Boeg Hansen served as the Commercial Director of Dairy Cultures at DSM Nutritional Products AG. He has more than 30 years of sales and production experience within the food industry, including leading positions at Novo Nordisk, Chr. Hansen, the German company Gelita and the biotech enterprise Cleanfield. Jan Boeg Hansen holds an M.Sc. in Dairy Science, Dairy Economics, from the University of Copenhagen and a B.Sc. in Commerce and Foreign Trade from Copenhagen Business School.
