Protecting Your Personal Data
With offices and operations throughout the world, personal data will be transferred or accessible internationally throughout Unibio’s global business. Any such transfers throughout Unibio’s global business take place in accordance with applicable data privacy laws.

Potential Investors
If you are a potential investor in Unibio, we process personal data about you to send requested investment information regarding Unibio or Uniprotein®, cf. Article 6 (1) (b) and 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR, where we process:

Collaboration Partner or Potential Collaboration Partner

Unibio Customers (Excluding Consumers)

Unibio is also legally required to document and process personal data for financial transactions, cf. Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR.
Suppliers to Unibio
If you are a supplier, we process your personal data to fulfil agreements between the parties, cf. Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR, where we process:

Consultants to Unibio

We implement security in accordance with industry practices for IT security, including encrypted data communications for transferring sensitive personal data. Our security measures are continuously evaluated.

Unibio stores personal data as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes mentioned, and may retain personal data longer if anonymized or required by law.
